Welcome to LXRY with more than 50 commercial units located in the area of Brakkeput. LXRY is located near the neighbourhood of Jan Thiel, Brakkeput, Jan Sofat, Montana and the Spanish water area. Here are some examples of the stores and other services you can expect.

At LXRY you can find retail stores in all categories. Next to the shopping mall you will find a large supermarket where you can shop for your daily groceries.

LXRY Quality

LXRY (Luxury) means that we only have quality retail shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment services in the shopping mall. At LXRY we only accept stores who will follow our guidelines.

LXRYAffordable

Because our emphasis is on quality, it does not mean that the prices are high. LXRY wil have retail stores and restaurants with affordable prices for every budget.

LXRY Opening

We expect to finish the development between mid and end 2024. LXRY will be open for public 7 days a week from 10:00 to 22:00 for retail stores.

Pre-registration

Starting '23 you can make a pre-registration to rent a commercial unit at LXRY. Fill in the registration form on our website and we will contact you to discuss your wishes. It's completely free without any obligations.

Rental agreement

If your desired unit is available and your company reaches our (quality) conditions we will send you a reservation rental agreement. By signing this agreement you are be sure to rent the unit of your choice. After you decide to rent the requested unit mentioned in the reservation agreement we will setup the commercial rental agreement.
